Most of us at least know the bare bones of this story. The Princess (Sleeping Beauty) is under a spell where she is in a deep sleep until the Prince gently kisses her on the lips, which breaks the spell and she wakes to her lovers touch.
Did you fantasize about this when you were younger – or maybe even today?
In your fantasy, did the Prince go further than just a kiss?
From the scant information around this seems to be most peoples first exposure to somnophilia. I’m on as much of a learning curve with all this as you are, so I won’t say that this is the root of many cases, but it is possible.
Could this have been written by a somnophile?
Without a doubt this tale romanticises somnophilia. It has so many other aspects, too: the beautiful submissive, the strong Prince saving the damsel in distress.
So far I haven’t touched on another sub category of sleepy sex which is known as ‘Arm Carries’. As the name suggests, this is (usually) where the man lifts an unconscious/fainted/sleeping woman up in his arms and carries her to safety. Or to bed.
There are a considerable number of compilations freely available of arm carries from all kinds of movies, if that’s your thing. I have no doubt there is material around catering for men being carried by women!
I realise that I won’t see a great many comments on these blogs because people don’t want to reveal their interest in this fetish – you may notice that I myself am hiding behind the sleepy veil of anonymity, so if you ever have any thoughts or responses that you would rather not have seen on here, please feel free to email them to me.
Maybe I could even post up anonymous stories on here for you from time to time?
Sleep well, friends.
